Online service Ask@your library (Chiedi@lla tua biblioteca®) offers you the chance to ask questions about the University's library services and suggestions on the use of information resources.
The answer will be provided via e-mail within one business day.
The answers are sent in the opening days, from Monday to Friday business hours.
Remember that some services can be requested online from your personal area in the catalogue (borrowing requests, renewals, reservations. inter library loan requests, purchase tips).
