You can prebook the rooms through the Affluences app, or by asking the circulation desk.
There are rooms for group study in the three campus libraries: in the Leonardo Campus Library, in the Bovisa La Masa Library and the Bovisa Candiani Library.
Each person can book no more than 2 shifts a month, each study group can only use one shift per day.
To make the reservation you must use your Politecnico institutional email address. When booking, it is necessary to enter the personal codes of all the members of the study group.
Rooms cannot be reserved and used by external users.
In case of delay over 20minutes the reservation will be cancelled.
Each person in the group must use the service correctly and maintain an attitude that does not disturb or damage the furnishings and equipment in the room.
At the end of each shift and before accessing a new group, the library staff checks the status of the room.
The library is not responsible for what is left unattended in the rooms.
