The Customer Satisfaction Survey

Since 2007 we have developed the habit of conducting Customer Satisfaction Surveys to better understand the views and needs of our students and faculty.

Our aim is to:

  • understand if they are satisfied with the services offered in libraries and online
  • gather their opinions and suggestions
  • make changes that meet their real study and research needs
  • keep a communications channel open between librarians and library users
